SHIPPING POLICY

If your item is purchased and paid for by 3:30 pm EST, your order will be processed and shipped same day.  Any item purchased after the stated time will ship next day, unless it falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  At that time, your item will ship that coming Monday.  Items purchased during a holiday will ship on our next open day of business.

All items are shipped via the US postal system unless stated in the listing.  If we find that an item can be shipped at a less expensive rate, we have the right to change the shipper and will notify the buyer with a tracking number.

We the seller do not set the “Guaranteed” delivery date.  This is set by eBay.  If your package does not arrive at the set delivery date, please contact eBay.

Also, if your package says it is “delivered” and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office along with your carrier.  In most cases, the package has been delivered to the wrong address.  The post office can track the package’s tracking number barcode.

PAYMENT POLICY

All credit card, debit card, and payments are processed by eBay.  credits are also processed by eBay and can take 3-5 business days to process and show back on your account.  s can only be to the original form of payment.
