Kids Snorkeling Tips:

1. Use adjustable flippers for your child. Children grow rapidly, and purchasing adjustable flippers will allow you to get the perfect fit for several years. Check to see that the heel is securely in the flipper and that your child can gently kick in the water without the flipper cutting off circulation or falling off.

2. Use sunscreen and wear a t-shirt when snorkeling, backs burn quite easily.

3. Practice either in a bathtub or swimming pool until the swimmer is very comfortable breathing and swimming around with their head looking down.

4. Make sure the entire family has beach shoes; snorkel sites are typically rocky and can cut up feet.
