Most wakeboard towlines are between 55 and 75 feet in length. If you are a beginner in water skiing, you should look at ropes that are closer to 65 feet. This is usually a comfortable length, closer to the boat, so the wake is narrower, and gives you enough dom to learn some tricks and turns. More experienced riders will prefer longer ropes for better maneuverability.
