The Medline Walker Platform Attachment modifies your existing walker. The attachment cradles your forearm for comfortable weight bearing. Ideal for individuals who experience limited strength or dexterity, who are recovering from complications due to a stroke, fall, or other injury. Increases stability and confidence during recovery on any walker with a 1" diameter frame. Its unique design includes a supportive arm rest that allows you to bear weight on the arm rather than the hand, which gives you a much higher level of control as you move around during daily activities, and avoids putting pressure on fragile joints in the wrist and fingers. This modification features adjustable height so that forearm can be held at recommended 90 degree angle based on your height and the height of the walker. The vinyl arm cuff uses a hook and loop closure to hold your arm snugly and securely in place. Enjoy increased mobility and independence. Device easily detaches without tools for storage and transport.
