How To Use Inkjet Decal Paper

*Please ask us a full manual for your further understanding!

A) Print a your own digital image on the glossy surface of an Incal in any Photo Quality print  

     mode with an inkjet printer.

B) Apply a clear spray onto the inkjet printed Incal(eg. Krylon Crystal Clear spray; but any

     acrylic or urethane spray available) until the coated layer is well glossy. If you see uneven

     coated layer, then apply one more spraying.

     Dry the Incal thoroughly till no tacky surface(at least a half hour at room temp. or using a

     dryer).

     Unless drying is sufficient, you may have a trouble your decal film must be so pliable and

     difficult to process it.

C) Cut out the Incal for a target size.

D) Soak the Incal into a water dish for 30 sec. and the decal film peeled off from the backing.

     Pick up the decal film along with the backing and place them on the right position of a

      target substrate(tile, mug, soap, candles, various plastic models, glass, wood, metal,

      leathers, cardboard, plastic housing, etc.).

      Discard the backing as holding the decal film only using a finger.

E) Remove the excess water with soft tissue or cloth smoothly.

     Squeeze out water and bubble completely using a soft rubber(very important procedure for

     best finishing!).

F) Keep the decal transferred substrate for 4~5hrs. at ambient condition (preferable to use a

     dryer; more preferable to bake it in convection oven giving more durable surface).

     If you meet any air bubbles inside, then punctuate it with  a needle and press it by a finger

     or soft cloth.

    Do not bake on any soft substrates like soften plastic, leathers, soap, candles, etc.!

Exchanges on goods are only accepted if they are carefully repacked before being and are still in a new condition, not creased or worn.
