A margarita without a salty rim is actually sort of
blasphemous.
But the other cocktails get their finishing touches
with a sour / salty / sweet / flavored taste.
This is an invitation to experiment,
because the effect is usually simple and cheap
, but huge!
Rimming itself is a foolproof technique.
Turn the glass upside down and crush it with its edge
of glass only a few millimeters deep in the liquid
and then in the grain (lets say the grit because of
recently we saw glass edges with sugar pearls,
which at least visually work quite well.)
The bottom of this rimmer is made of high quality
made of brushed stainless steel and serves as a sugar container,
salt or other seasonings
The lid is made of BPA- plastic with a finish
slightly milky.
It is shaped so that a nipple in the center functions as
comfortable handle to open the rimmer.
In this lid you can ù
pour lemon juice, water or maybe something with color?
Go crazy with colorful aromatic syrups,
like grenadine, blue curacao or mint!
