In addition to the basic and most abundant minerals such as magnesium, calcium, bromine and potassium, it contains another 22 valuable minerals and trace elements, thanks to which it has a beneficial effect on the entire organism. A bath in Dead Sea salt naturally cleans, regenerates the skin, rids it of unwanted substances and dead cells. It is generally recommended for patients suffering from psoriasis, eczema and acne. The bath is suitable for rheumatic and joint pains. In addition to baths, it can also be used for facial rinses (excellent for acne), regenerating hair wraps or inhalations (for colds). In combination with vegetable oil, it is used to rub into nails (prevention of brittleness), feet (removal of hardened skin) or buttocks and thighs (prevention/reduction of cellulite).
