This is a Mary Engelbreit Ceramic Double Switch Plate. The ME insignia is on the bottom left of the switch plate. This is trimmed in yellow and black checks all the way around the plate. In the upper left is the baby which is sitting on the half yellow moon with a smiling face. The baby is holding a pole with a yellow star on the end of it. The rest of the plate is decorated with small yellow stars on a blue background with a planet on the left side.
