Shipping Info.:

We take pride in packing our guitars well, and shipping them quickly. Please note, We only ship to confirmed eBay addresses. Your eBay address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

Usually parcel will be shipped out via China post(EMS)or sf expess or ups , because it will take you much less, and it usually take about 1-5 weeks to delivery, but occasionally it can take longer. we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website. 

About Customs:

Our pricing does not include customs duties. International shipments usually require additional "Customs Fees" or "Import Taxes". These will vary, depending on the country, and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you want more information on what these entail, please contact your local customs office for this information.

Policy:

We will offer you full s only the item you received is different with the description, please use the original packaging box, and please it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it in good condition!
