If the temperature value is inconsistent, you can set, Lower/raise your temperature difference
7.After each use, you can clean with a damp cloth, this will extend the life of the temperature probe and keep the temper probe accurate
CAUTION: Kinks or folds in the probe wires may cause damage. A probe not in use should be rolled up in a large, loose coil.
