Billing

For each purchase, a receipt is issued, which always travels together with the goods unless the customer requests it to be sent via Email or Whatsapp.
In the event of a request to issue a tax invoice, the customer must request the same in the order notes or in a message immediately after purchase. The invoice will be issued on a flat rate basis, therefore without applying VAT: pursuant to article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, ln 190 of 2014 as amended by ln 208 of 2015 and ln 145 of 2018".

Gift box

At the customers request, for each product purchased, we can send the kit of to create a fantastic gift package, or always upon request, we can send the product already packaged as a gift, attaching the tax receipt externally.

Shipping

All our national and international shipments are traceable and are carried out with SDA, UPS and Poste Italiane couriers. Wanting to offer the best possible service, we have developed agreements in collaboration with the best couriers in order to always guarantee a quality service from order to delivery. Insurance service is included on all orders!

CUSTOMERS RESIDENT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
The customer has the right to the product from the delivery date of the same. The product must be intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the tax receipt.

CUSTOMERS NOT RESIDENT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We inform customers resident in countries outside the European Union that the of the product is not accepted for any reason. The order can only be canceled before it has been processed.
