This is the KATO 8-ton freight car mover, an unpainted N gauge plastic assembly kit from World Craft.


The 8-ton freight car mover by Kato Manufacturing, famous for its small internal combustion locomotives, joins the popular plastic series.

Various variations were seen all over Japan.

The model has been slightly deformed.

The kit consists of the same structure as the PLA series, with an assembled body made of ABS resin and pre-assembled and pre-adjusted motive power.

To make it easy for beginners to assemble, the body is a two-color set, so it can be assembled without painting, and no metal etching parts are used, so it can be easily completed with glue only.

Of course, you can expand the fun by finishing with your favorite paint job.
