20 automatic programs

Zero-Glu has 20 automatic programs to be able to use all types of flour:

7 gluten- programs to make sliced bread, ciabatta, rolls and desserts. They are specific programs for working with flour and mixtures for celiacs;
6 dietary programs adapted to work with whole wheat, spelled and Kamut flours, to prepare breads, ciabattas and rolls. Including two programs to prepare bread with sourdough or poolish, with fermentation of up to 6 hours;
7 traditional programs adapted for bread preparations with common flours. Kneading and fermentation program to prepare the pizza dough and bake it in the home oven.
