Q: What kind of Sim Card support?
A: The alarm system is 4G version, it support 4G+3G+2G(GSM) Sim Card, the sim card detailed I have writed in the description.
Q: Can this alarm system work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home?
A: Compatible with Alexa and Google home: This alarm sysetm works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for voice control ( Alexa and google home devices not included ). Just ask app Alexa on your phone to Arm / Disarm/ the whole system in a specific instruction like "Alexa, please arm the alarm system". Remote control your Alarm system anywhere in the world with your smart cell phone, no need repeated operation!
Q: Can this alarm system work with WIFI and 4G Sim Card together? So if the WIFI failure, can switch Sim Card mode to work.
A:Yes. User can connect alarm system with WIFI and 4G Sim Card to work. And when Alarm System be triggered, it will push alarm message to the APP via WIFI. And if the WIFI failure, will change Sim Card mode auto Dial Out.
Q: It just with WIFI in my house and without 4G Sim Card,can I use this alarm system?
A: Yes. Alarm System can work in WIFI mode only. The alarm system only support 2.4G WiFi, NOT support 5G WiFi.

How to install door sensor and motion detector:
1. Door sensor:
The door/window sensors main unit and the magnetic strip are respectively installed on the door/window and the door/window frame. Discreetly keep track of your home windows and doors. When a window/door opens, a high-pitched alarm is immediately issued.

2. Motion detector:
With 120 wide detection angel and up to 12m detection distance, It has high sensitivity and anti HF interference function, can effectively trigger the alarm, not miss any theft. Meanwhile, with temperature compensation, no error will be issued, effectively avoid the false alarm. Tips: Recommend installation height is 1.8m-2.2m.
