How to make Lod Chong Thai

Rice flour = 120 grams

Hong Kong tapioca flour = 50 grams

Mung bean flour = 30 grams

method

1. limewater to blend pandan leaves until it gets concentrated pandan juice.

Mix 3 flours together. Gently massage the pandan juice until its all gone.

2. Strain the flour with a thin white cloth. Stir in a gold pan until the flour is cooked, cooked, and clear.
