This is the Shohonyama Shobudani Tomae from Kyoto. A Hard one, good for razor as a finishing stone, Better going with Nagura. Having strong abrasive power, easy to sharpen, enable to regain the sharpness of the blade and it lasts longer. Blackish slurry comes out very quickly, its cutting feeling is smooth, quick cut. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since theyre harder to use. These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured sizes are not accurate. This is a lifetime investment for people who live sharpening their knives and tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
