This is the Iyo -to / Yaginoshima Shiro Suita / Osukiyama Suita Koppa natural whetstone 3 x assort from Ehime, Kyoto, For the middle process to finishing process of knives, woodworking tools. All are moderate hardness, easy to sharpen. Yaginoshima, the brown parts are almost Kesuji ( not toxic line ) but the right top parts, may include some gravel. Please dig this part when sharpening or avoid it until it disappears. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since theyre harder to use. These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured sizes are not accurate. This is a lifetime investment for people who live sharpening their tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
