2. [Part NO. ]
Same part number can come in different layouts, please dont purchase based on part numbers only.
Keyboards of the same model have different part numbers from different factories.
we may ship a compatible part No. one if an exact part NO. is not available.
3. [ Backlight ]
If you want to update non-backlit keyboard to backlit one, Please check there is a backlit-connector on your motherboard so that the backlit feature will work.
4.[About Spanish or Portuguese layout]
When you buy a Portuguese or Spanish keyboards, please compare the picture carefully because there are 2 kinds Spanish and Portuguese layouts.
Usually, Brazil Customers need BR Brazilian Portuguese keyboards, Portugal Customers need PT Portugal Portuguese keyboards.
Usually, Customers from Spain needs Spanish only, while customers from America or Latin America accept Spanish and Latin Spanish both.
5. [About the keys]
If you need the keys only not whole keyboard, please contact us to check the design of the key hinges before you place an order.
6. [About Installation ]
Youd better to use an anti-static tool when your are dealing with the internal laptop parts. After installing the keyboard, you need to update the driver for your keyboard probably.
7. We tested every keyboard before shipping.
If some keys dont work after installed, this is not because keyboard is defective but you dont connect well the ribbon cable of our keyboard with your laptop, please try to reconnect more times. In addition, please clean the keyboard connector base on the motherboard and keyboard cable before you install it.
Many customers solve this problem after did this.
Shipping Information
1. Please pay attention to the tracking information from time to time and pick up the parcel from local post office when necessary, or the parcel will be or get lost.
2. Parcels might be delivered to your mailbox, lawns, doorway or corridor, even neighborhood Sometimes.
3. Please make sure your shipping address is not remote area if you choose expedited shipping ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT etc. ) for remote area, or the additional may apply.
4. Deliveries can take up to 60 days for locations that are far from main cities if you choose small post air mail ( ePacket, Speedpak shipping, China post etc.).
Please allow more days for shipping if there any holiday in our country or in your country, such as Spring Festival in China, or Christmas holiday in Europe.
This applies to all countries.
Customs Clearing and Tax / Duty
1. Door-to-door shipping is not a viable option in certain countries so the user might need to clear the order from the appropriate customs authority.
2. Import duties, taxes and s are not included in the item price or shipping s. These s are the buyers responsibility.
Restocking Policy
For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:
1. Providing an incorrect shipping address.
2. Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty s added by the customers resident country customs authorities.
The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.
