Tie Down Engineering Square Marine Axle Tie Plate Kit 81185.
This axel plate kit fits 2" square axels. Each kit contains 4 u-bolts, 8 locknuts and 2 five hole tie plates.
This item has been in storage/trailor for some time and plastic may have expanded which has caused material to move around. Pictures to show.
This does not impact use of item. May be some dusting as well on outside packaging.
