Condition:

New and unused in it’s original plastic wrap. It was only taken out to take pictures for this auction.

Please check detailed pictures carefully for condition specifics. I tried to capture everything as accurately as possible including closeups of all 4 corners and the reverse surface.

There is some storage wear from being 30+ years old. It should clean up nicely for framing.

Minor discoloration on upper left corner (red rooftop)

Some edge and surface wear.

Never been hung or used so NO Pinholes or tape marks/residue.
