NO QUESTIONS ASKED! You may the product of receipt. Item must be in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is not able unless item is because of defect. If item is found defective shipping will be ed to the buyers paypal account once the item is verified defective. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and logistics for all items that are not defective. You must contact us of receipt, to request an RMA number. Items received without an RMA number, will be refused and to the sender.

In the event the item is damaged or lost the buyer will receive an affidavit stating the item was not received or damaged when received. The affidavit will need to be signed and to the insurance agency. Once the affidavit it received at the insurance agency a full will be processed.  Shipping time for priority mail international shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks in some cases. Normal shipping time is 6-14 days but packages can be flagged in customs.
